Zoller Zap Rapid (Rattlesnake)
White Salmon River
This rapid was originally named Zoller Zap after the Zoller's early expeditions on the White Salmon. Zoller Zap is now commonly referred to as Rattlesnake. This big rapid is just downstream from Husum falls but it's no let down. There is almost always a huge standing wave here to provide a trill. You may even get a chance to "ride the bull".
